Anaheim Woman Filmed Putting Dog Waste on Wall Over Jumpers

A man in Anaheim filmed a woman he says was smearing what appeared to be dog waste along a wall at the end of a cul-de-sac to keep people from climbing over it. What began as a complaint about littering turned within seconds into shouting, accusations of racism and a mention of the president.

A Wall at the End of a Cul-de-Sac

The footage opens on a quiet residential street in Anaheim, California, where a low wall runs beside the sidewalk at the end of a cul-de-sac. Red diamond-shaped markers are attached to the concrete at intervals, and cars sit in the driveways nearby. The camera then follows a woman in a dark jacket and dark trousers as she moves along the wall and walks away down the street.

The frames that follow show the same woman in a patterned top, standing on a dirt yard beside a parked sedan and gesturing with both hands. The description posted with the clip identifies her as Hahn Nguyen and says she was placing what appeared to be dog waste along the wall so people would stop climbing over it. The man recording is described only as a man in Anaheim; his name does not appear anywhere in the material.

None of that explains, by itself, why the wall mattered so much to the people on either side of the argument.

"You Can't Do That, It's Illegal"

The conversation captured in the clip is short and overlaps constantly. A man tells the woman that she cannot do what she is doing, and repeats it as she keeps moving along the wall.

He also says that placing trash on the wall is itself not allowed, and asks why she would leave waste there. A voice in the exchange answers that people throw things over and that she has to put something back. Tension flared fast, and neither person backed down on camera.

The Border Comparison

Within the same exchange, the man says the woman compared people jumping the wall to crossing the border. He calls that comparison racist and repeats it while filming. Voices then trade accusations, with one person calling the other racist, and the conversation turns to the president by name, followed by a claim about how he feels toward the person being addressed.

The argument stays verbal in the footage, and no physical confrontation between the two is shown. The wording is heated on both sides, and the clip ends with neither person acknowledging the other's point.

What Is Still Unclear

It is not known what happened before the recording began, whether anyone contacted local authorities, or whether the wall has been cleaned since. There is no official conclusion yet, and the woman's own account is not presented in full. Some details in the clip remain unverified.

The video still traveled quickly. Opinions were split between viewers who read the act as an attempt to protect a property line and those who saw it as a nuisance left on a public sidewalk. What the footage shows is narrower: an ordinary evening on a residential street turned into a confrontation recorded from near start to finish.

Would you report something like this, or simply keep walking?
